I'm just not sure, I mean if i pay through paypal using a crdirt card, doesm't that mean I'd be covered for any internet fraud?

DONT USE PAYPAL AT ALL
Their terms and conditions exempt them from the credit card protection legislation iirc.
Pay direct at start of month and just cancel if no goods recieved and the problem is for the credit card but dont bother if you are suspicious
