Ooooooooooooooooooooooh, thanks sharki 8)

Alpha male has a gorgeous coloured coat but it looks like a summer one! Do they not darken at all? Obviously enjoying the rays today, it was quite a sunny day, hurrah!

Do you have some antlers for me please?

Antlers haven't dropped yet, a few more weeks i reckon.

The sun was right on them, so i guess they appeared lighter than perhaps they are...I have seen them darker, during the rutt.

These two were a little darker.

I cab take pics of snow drops but won't be able to post them until the weekend.

Imagine small white flowers poking out the ground for now.

Hi C_G

Heale House is in the Woodford Valley just north of Salisbury.

Very pretty - lots of Aconites at this time of year as well.

I've never understood the facination with snowdrops, crocus, daffs etc, they just leave me cold. Mile upon mile of hawthorn in flower though, beautiful. Not long now either.

There are some nice bluebell woods on the cheeky trail from the Old Ipswich airport to Felixstowe along Nacton Shores and Brazier's Wood. Loads of it.

Mind you, they are out in droves on The Backs in Cambridge. A lovely sight as I drove past yesterday swearing at the students for cycling along talking on phones and swerving in front of me. Clever they might be, bright they are not.

of course!, but any non cheeky trails being chased out by local land owner brandishing HCC labelled pitchfork?

Mind you, how they would catch a rider is beyond me!

I think they are fairly ordinary looking, but I still love to see them pop up because it means Spring is on the way 🙂
