me and my sister have both been hearing a pulse in our ears like a heart beat, mine mostly at night my sister during the day, any ideas as to cause and cure??????? i thought it could be my overloud headphones or stress or something else but i have no ****ing clue!

Drac - that is a quality line.

May I suggest that having a pulse close to where there are a fair few arteries might be quite normal.

It is fairly normal but raised heart rate and blood pressure make it more obvious. Also once conscious of it you listen for it. Ear infections and lots of wax will make it noticeable too.

its because the artery is realy close to your ear, best cure is to headbut the wall as hard as possible and the artery will move away
