I love that sign - although IIRC the first time I went to stromeferry there was a ferry 🙂

Al - the photo is a clickable link (and it's not meatspin)

There are some calls to re-instate the ferry as the road constantly suffers from rockfalls, despite all the netting and stuff they have along the worst section. FWIW, I'm sure all they have to do is build a roof over some of it like the section that's already there.
