One Planet website says it's closed Mondays. Just checked coedllandegla site and it says the carpark is open.
I know the management of the cafe is crap but I cannot imagine that they will be closed on Easter Monday. But of course anything is possible.

They don't open the shop on normal Monday's but the car park is always open 9 to 6
