Some people need to be removed from the gene pool & tend to do it themselves. The only unfortunate thing about this type of evolution is that the terminally stupid removed are outnumbered by the breeding scum that have a litter of 7 kids & live on benefits. In this regard, my theory is that the human race may well be getting (on average) more stupid.

BNP members don't technically count as people. So if you shoot them the only crime is "setting off a firearm in a public place" and not "murder" or even "cruelty to animals".

Because of the Daleks actions, alliances were formed, good deads were done. Getting rid of evil might also prevent good from happening.

doctornickriviera Dr Shipman simply exceeded his quota. He could have happily gone on killing them if he'd just slowed down a bit. If pensioners in Hyde hadn't become as scarce as cod in the North Sea he might have got away with it for a bit longer. Don't worry yourself as long as your careful with how your forge the wills and keep it down to just one a month or so you should be fine.
1) the lottery should have anti-prizes, win a few million/get electrocuted, makes it more exciting.
2)gladiators should be played with no padding. balancing on a pole ten feet above a pile of jagged scrap metal bashing your opponent with a bit of scaffold pole = better viewing
