Pimlico. Alliteration bonus. Puts you in the buffers for a turn.

Are diagonals allowed this late on?
If so I will go to Piccadillay .... I wish I had picked a station I could spell

Captainflashheart, you must have missed the Fellington rule which states that the 'Alliteration bonus can only be used in the Spleningford variation'.

Therefore I will play Edgware Road.

Here I come, late as always. But if i read the chillington amendment correctly, a hesitation or delayed entry to the game is good is it not? Doesn't it move the rules bilaterally?

Angel.

I'm sorry I have'nt a clue what you're all on about.

So in the immortal words of Buster Keaton, "To show my heart is in the right place, I'll fight any drunken woman over 80 in the room".

Apparently, so I'm informed by my companion, there's something called The Greater Hampton Contraction and I am therefore required to sing "Give my regards to Ealing Broadway .. .. .."

When she gets there she knows
if the stores are all closed
With a word she can get....

a ticket to Knightsbridge (shops will probably still be open there.....)

Clever, very clever......but....

We come from the land of the ice and snow,
from the midnight sun where the hot springs blow.
The hammer of the gods
Will drive our ships to new lands,
West Ruislip, I am coming!

I come from a land down under
where women glow and men plunder
can you hear can you hear the thunder?
you'd better run you'd better take Fulham Broadway

Can I remind you all about the Gypsy Lane Bolan rule about use of lyrics...

Anyway, now that unpleasantness is over, East Putney

Using the 13th amendment of the Lower putney convocation in 1937 I am going to use the reverse doagan rule and state Shephards Bush overground routes only

Unfortunately, due to a minor oversight on my part, I appear to have inadvertently triggered the fiendish (though all too infrequently deployed) Floggingham Discongruity and must therefore Turnham Green.

Using the 'song lyric' rule and the 'Flogginham Discongruity' I can invoke the combination edict of 1957 and claim 'Mornington Crescent'!

I can't believe you didn't see it?
