I haven't been able to use it all day. This happened before, about a week ago, turned out it was the same amongst other Plusnet users

Ah yep. I'm on Plusnet.
Keep getting an "unable to make secure connection" message.

I have the same, google and YouTube (including app) down - and I telnet'd in to the router to add googles DNS as a backup last week too...

Was broken for plusnet users last night
Youtube worked via xbox live though, so could catch up with GCN
