Forum posters who take it too seriousley, bloggers who blog rubbish from their own lives like anyone really cares, people who get into intense arguments over some new film that's not been released yet but is being directed by the guy that made Charlies Angels.......

all the same, need to get out in the sunlight more, find a nice girl (because its always guys on the net who argue, girls have more sense), get a job other than working in a comic shop or record shop that allows them to spout their opinions to strangers, take some exercise and stop eating pizza

I know i'd be happier if i did all that 😀

what's this first thing? never heard of that before. All i know anyone who's called 'Drac' must be a bit of a vamp.

As someone that has been using bulletin boards, web fora (please use the correct plural, thank you!) and usenet for considerably longer than all of you, I think it is in no small measure my considered (and not so humble!) opinion that should be regarded as the penumbra (if not the frenulum!) of the guiding ethos of the Inter-Net (as it was properly named at the 1988 Protocol Symposium which I had the honour of chairpersoning) and the appropriate method for dialogue.

However, I do not intend to repeat (or rake over!!!) old topics, as I believed we discussed this issue in depth on 12 May 2001 and then again on 14 August 2002.
