Just had a phone call from a mate, who says his neighbour who he has hardly spoken to since they moved in,shouted yesterday out of the bedroom window at 18.30,to tell my missus, the baby couldntsleep and that i shouldnt use my jet washer, and that i shouldnt start my custom car late at night, even though i needed to go out early the next morning and needed to check the battery was charged due to the cold weather.

Problem is this neighbour has a new kid,and it crys a lot, mostly dureing the day, when we are in the home office,so what can he do,complain to the neighbours, buy them a bottle of milk,or just move, somewhere else, that hasnt got a nursery next door,if we wanted kids we would have slept with each other after getting married in 1990.

Any advice appreciated please.

being a cock jockey stops you having babies also, by the way are you married or is it a civil partnership?
