Missus can't get her westlife CD's onto her iPod, they come up in iTunes, and they play and as a workarround thye can be added 'manualy' via "manualy manage music and video" and "autofill".
All songs are checked, and it wont do it with or without the "only sync checked songs and videos" ?
What's going on?

You have to import the CD into the library first, it won't sync from CD.
