[Closed] iPhone/iTunes help

Ive got a pickle. I currently have an iPhone 4 and an iPad which are now using ios5. My other half has just got an iPhone for the first time and she had been using my iTunes account to download content on her phone. Can we keep doing this with the development of iCloud? She has ios4 at the moment and I' don't want to upgrade her phone until I know how it all works. It seems that everything uses my email so I'm thinking that iMessages I send might go to her mobile.

Whats the best way around this? If she creates a separate iTunes account, will she be able to access the 2000 tracks I ave on my account? Cheers
