My lass has got an iPhone 4 and made a video of the kids playing which was about 4 mins long. It's too long to email from the phone so downloaded iTunes to her windows pc and sync'd. Can't find the video anywhere when the phone is plugged in, I've ticked manually manage music and videos etc and can't find a way of getting the video off the phone and onto the PC.
I've got a mac and iPhone and thought I knew my way around these but at a loss with iPhone/windows set up.
You shouldn't need to use iTunes (in fact I don't know where you'd find it in iTunes), when you plug the phone in, it should be availabe within windows explorer (my computer) as a new 'drive'.
Within this will be all your photos and video's, copy and paste...

+1 for zippy, go to computer and you should be able to see the phone as a mass storage,
