ok, so being the fool that i am with technology, i decided to drag photos from my desktop straight to the iPhone icon on my iTunes, (all of about 5gb of them intact)
i cant find the photos on my iPhone, nor can i see them on the iTunes library or in the iPhoto library, but they are definitely on my phone because they took a while to copy across and apparently 5gb of memory is currently being take up by these photos?
anyone any wiser than myself? how do i delete them?
Put the photos in a folder and tell itunes to sync only selected folder un the photo tab?
yup, have tried that,.. but doesn't work! its like they photos have been dragged to the phone as if its a memory stick, but aren't visible on the device? any other ideas?
I'm fairly sure there's something called "iphone explorer" that you can download and use to view all the folders on your phone
You'll then be able to find the photos and copy them back to your desktop.
Delete those on the phone and then do a proper sync after placing the photos into a "iphone pictures" folder on your comp
Never done it but i assume it would work that way
A quick google should sort you out
You really should only ever sync your phone through itunes for it to be pain free
