Sorry if this has been done before. Ever since I got my 4S (to replace a 4), I seem to be running out of data before month end. Is there a setting I've missed?

Asking Siri stupid questions will use more data. (approx 64kb per query)
Neither should be a significant amount though.
iCloud only does full syncs when on wi-fi.
Siri is just some compressed voice data.
Perhaps your using your new shiny gadget more than the old one?

Since its virtually identical to the last one, that's not the case!
