My IPad needs a new screen, it's out of warranty and I'm unsure who to use, can you guys recommend anyone please?

AppleStore every time. You're not going to get anywhere cheaper and, in my recent experience, the service is good, really good.

Apple will only replace the entire unit at a cost of £200, that's not an option.
