I have an ipad problem...
my ipad is not responding due to a message coming up on the front screen
'cannot access find my friends'
'open the app and review your sign in information to continue sharing your location'
then it gives me two options 'later' and 'open' neither of which respond when pressed.
The front screen is locked and I have tried the turn off thing (holding the on button) but although it goes to the slide off screen again will not respond.
any ideas?
Can you double click the front button and turn off the apps? Or do a reset by holding the front and top buttons down together for ten seconds or so?
Edit, to turn off the apps you double click the front button and you get a line of apps across the bottom of the screen, press and hold the icon on the first one and they get an x on em, then tap the x to turn em off
Reset it.
Hold down power and home button together until apple logo appears.
The double click does not work as the screen is locked due to message...
But the full reset (holding both buttons down) did work thanks!
