is there a way to get a UK IP address when outside the UK?
i'd like to watch Iplayer but can't do so as i'm in germany.

If you can find a UK based open proxy server that they haven't already blocked then you can set your browser to go via that proxy. But good luck, all the ones I've ever tried didn't work. I think there are a few proxies you can pay for which work.
Do you have a PC at home? You could logon to that and watch it from there.....
As Potdog says, there will be plenty of UK based proxies but you may have difficulty using one of those.
Search for free UK proxy.
If you can't find an open proxy, look at running a server somewhere that allows you to use ssh tunnels. Easy to do with Linux & secure if you use key only authentication & strong keys, or skey. Works for me from my home adsl.
Other option, use something like get_iplayer to download the program & watch that.
