made it to 77. Nowt left now that's obvious.
Things which may be clues but not obvious:
candle in glass
smoke detector
various beer pumps/mats/bags of crisps
cat by fire
wooden duck
white marks on ceiling
if any of those are clues please give a little clue. If not, I will keep looking
various beer pumps/mats/bags of crisps
mats on wall - 6 rings ( wedding ?)
All though I was thinking about traitors gate when I put the name in
candle in glass - Not AFAIK
smoke detector - Not AFAIK
various beer pumps/mats/bags of crisps (left hand rack of pumps - furthest right is a clue. (dod you get the Chianti ?) , Snacks below the votes for women (not crisps though). Fox (shit answer - never heard of them) Guinness (badly spelt answer)
cat by fire - I reckon it is but can't get it - looks a bit raccoon/bear/... ?
wooden duck - Not AFAIK
white marks on ceiling - Not AFAIK (though WTF are they ?)
Sorry…is there a theme to the answers? 🤷🏼♂️
Famous people supposely
Chianti was an early one what with my nationality
Not gotten anything for 6 rings. Hmmm
That would leave 2 unknown clues
6 rings is easy - who might have needed to buy that many?
did a reverse image search and found the original image on a stock images site. for the beer mats it seems some they repurposed the originals (nelson, titanic) and others they amended (6 rings, player stats card and the one above nelson). so now I have no idea how many or which are a thing.
wooden duck probably isn't a thing.
cat+fire must be.
white marks on ceiling can't be anything.
66/80 and kinda stuck for now. will have another go tomorrow.
I dipped in for a few minutes earlier, so I'm up to 54 now. No spoilers please!
I'm stuck at 70.
The newspaper, shoes, milk, reigns and horn are all eluding me, I can't even see the rest I'm missing.
Got 79/80 last one must be cat/ fireplace
French horn clue - Foo fighters second album?
Milk and reins is a 'film quote' that might not have actually been said
80!
I was pretty sure Fullers never made a beer called six rings, but couldn't figure it out until the clue from revs1972.
And relax.
cat/fireplace isn't a clue.
been stuck on 67 for a while now. obvious clues that i cant get:
maths symbols flyer
seagull
red fox / M on beer pump
bottle of red wine
can't even see any more clues - got 3 from the beer / pump signs on the wall, are there more?
Two hats - 2 answers as they are the 2 people...when 1 didn't have the hat one they usually cried and messed their hair up...the other was much larger.
So now on 78.
Will wait until more clues as I don't think I can waste any more time micro analysing the damn thing 🙂
seagull
You'll kick yourself when you get it
argh cant find last clue
Red fox / M - after some help on here my guesses transformed into the right answer.
House wine - should maybe look in a mirror?
X above the seagul
Say what you see 😉
You'll be Transformed when you get the answer to the Fox one!
Very stuck on 70, I think i need:
-Cross above seagull
-Small bird with blue beard
-Umbrella
-Milk and reins
-Chianti
-Cigar
-I have one each from the crow and the seagull, is there another?
-Cat by the fire
Can't see anything else?
-Cross above seagull
It's an X.
-Small bird with blue beard
Think of different small bird known for singing
-Umbrella
Famous film that featured one
-Milk and reins
Someone has followed the instruction featured (maybe) in a film
-Chianti
What would you eat with a nice Chianti?
-Cigar
Famous smoker of them
-I have one each from the crow and the seagull, is there another?
There's one for them both togther
-Cat by the fire
Isn't a clue.
So I finally realised there was a 5th coleoptera!
So now only 1 left to find. I bet it is one of the beer mats
So I finally realised there was a 5th coleoptera!
i missed the first 4 as got the 5th one early!
72
seagull, fox / M and maths flyer are doing my brain in!!
Maths flyer - think of album names and you'll get the singer
Someone has followed the instruction featured (maybe) in a film
Had half that catchphrase bouncing around my brain but I couldn't quite pin it down to a person.
So now only 1 left to find. I bet it is one of the beer mats
Me too, I have 5 clues showing for the beer mats on the pillar, anyone have more than that?
got 73, stuck on:
- umbrella (gone through as many films as I can think of)
- glass pane
- french horn (goldring, gold circle?!?!)
- whoopee cushion
- trying to find the correct character/alien for the telephone (got the post it)
got 4 of the labels assuming theres more
assuming ale and pie is a clue - but the landlord doesnt come up...?!?!
whoopee cushion
I'm afraid that one is just staring at you in the face. Forget about the cushion, just say the first word and think of an actor.
Umbrella - I personally have 2 heaped in my brews
whoopee cushion - just spell it differently and you're bound to get it and kick yourself
2 to go here and sod a dog if I can get the milk n reins!!
"I have 5 clues showing for the beer mats on the pillar, anyone have more than that?" - me too
"2 to go here and sod a dog if I can get the milk n reins!!" - put down the one and take up the other
Hmmm yeah I've got him but I'd assumed there was another! Hidden there for one or the other!
“2 to go here and sod a dog if I can get the milk n reins!!”
A bloke with a girls name
There are at least 5 beer labels that mean something (all on the column); two with pictures of people; six rings discussed above; one for the Nelson and one for the porter.
Didn't realise about the coleoptera, I'd simply got one based on the label but that's bumped me up by another four.
I still don't have the goose which I know is something more obvious. On 77, goose gives me 78 and then missing two.
''I’m afraid that one is just staring at you in the face. Forget about the cushion, just say the first word and think of an actor.''
''Umbrella – I personally have 2 heaped in my brews
whoopee cushion – just spell it differently and you’re bound to get it and kick yourself''
Now kicking myself..!!
Umbrella, spoons, sugar...?!?!?! some of these clues are harder than the picture... 😉
77, still need the X above the seagull.
Must be missing one of the beer mats on the pillar as I only have 4, but other than that I'm stumped
is ninety three a clue on the beer mats??
I still don’t have the goose which I know is something more obvious
It's just a baby
clawed myself to 76
still cant get the seagull. still can't get the fox / M beer pump!!!
leaving two really obscure clues that i just can't or seem to of been mentioned previously!
There are 5 clues for the beer mats/labels...
5 to go:
Wooden X
Umbrella
Glass Pane
French Horn
getting the alien right for the phone
still need the X above the seagull
surname?
Umbrella, spoons, sugar…?!?!?! some of these clues are harder than the picture
could help you take your medicine
re reins and milk
"Hmmm yeah I’ve got him but I’d assumed there was another! Hidden there for one or the other!"
well I thought it must be Benny Hill who drove the fastest milkcart in the west 🙂
8 to go...
Stuck on the Crow and Seagull combo
Heart shaped rock on the floor?
Second phone one - I have the post-it note bit
The French horn
Plus another 4 🤷♂️
could help you take your medicine - ive been putting in the character name!!!
Ive been doing that with cross - literally run out of names... or spelt them wrong!
Stuck on the Crow and Seagull combo - what type of creatures are they?
Heart shaped rock on the floor? - do you mean the rock?
Second phone one – I have the post-it note bit - name rings a bell.
The French horn - a brightly coloured instrument.
I don't think any of the answers are film/ TV character names but some are stage names/ shortened versions or have strange/ wrong spelling.
Stuck on the Crow and Seagull combo - If these starred in a film what could it be called?
Heart shaped rock on the floor? - Say what you see with a the
Second phone one – I have the post-it note bit - possibly if it weren't for him you wouldn't be able to use it
The French horn - Might help if you knew a welsh comedy Hip hop group from Newport?
A bloke with a girls name
I "maid" that link early on 😉
