Still a week and a half to go until I get the cast removed after breaking my wrist in a bike off in Feb.
Never noticed how much biking means to so lets see some pics please to revigour my enthusiasm and whet my appitite for my return to the bike... may well have to treat myself to some bling! 🙂

🙂 i feel your pain, i think my brain is remapping though... i could imagine the right arms feeling wrong once i get it back .
good luck with it. how long to go? notice it goes down onto your thumb, which bit did you break?
Scaphoid. Two years ago tho, still painful when it's cold. Lots and lots of physio and stretching and exercise to get going again. Could\can ride a road bike with cast on, but it wears out the hood. 😉

not a break but was told by my physio that it would be better to break a bone than to cut through tendons,
breaking a bone has a quicker heal time apparently, i'm 9 weeks into a 12 week recovery program,
but thinking of riding next weekend for the first time!
