Recieved a letter today from the DTI's Insolvency division.
Apparently the firm i was made redundant from has had a decision made against them for something called 'protected/protective payments' & i'm in line for some more cash on top of what was paid out via the DTI's redundancy scheme.

Can anyone tell me more about this, i've had to send the letter back with my signature so i can't really tell you anymore.
