Nice use of perspective Dezzy Baby
I've posted his stuff up before but I love our local postie turned landscape artist Scott Sadlers use of perspective. He's just started doing some life drawing too
I used to love doing life drawing classes at college. I ended up always doing ink washes with rotring outlines applied afterwards. I'll have to dig some of my old piccies out.
Its massively beneficial to drawing pretty much everything. Nothing teaches you a better understanding of proportion and perspective as well
Are we putting digital stuff up then?
Why not? Reminds me I got it together to make a little timelapse video of that last brothelcreepers sketch. woot! another dimension!
Feeling the need to chill, started some art techniques on me iPad. First go.

Aubrey Beardsley thing on bbc4 made me pick up the inks too.
Got a bit bored tonight so though I would try out a glass dip pen I bought months ago on Ebay for 3 for £5. It really is rather nice to draw with.

Nice.

@DezB the Prey prompt comes from a commercial tie-in that was in an email sent a few days ago:

As usual all my good intentions to do some more drawing this year have come to naught, but I'm enjoying everyone else's artwork!
Oh yeah, seem to be loads of "unofficial" and theme based prompts around this year. Nice, get to pick the most inspiring one 🙂
5. Blade

Blade. My attempt to not overwork something.

Looks good DezB.
I really struggle with not filling too much white space and ruining things.
I like this one;

Cheers jonm81 😊

Umm.. I'm terrible but just decided to make some custom graphics for the kids race frames.
He wants a ferret headtube badge.. so I'll have a go.
Not sure about ink as he likes "copper" so thinking of trying to cut out some 0.1mm copper tape onto helitape.
Too many cakes already, so I did a quickie of Fancy Dan.
Finished it on the pooter, if you can't tell 😀

This is edging towards #vectober 🤓
That ferret’s face is ace.
I’m terrible
Humblus Bragus!
That ferret’s face is ace.
Went horribly wrong when I tried to add a helmet (purely for safety reasons). Luckily the 'puter has lots of undo levels...
