I've received from Royal Mail a 'cannot deliver as you owe £18.03'. this is a handling fee of £8 and £10.03 customs charge.
However I'm not expecting anything internationally...
I'm only outstanding a 100g of yeast(!) bought from a UK seller - which I've already raised as missing in April.
So what's in my package and is it worth £18…?
