So I have committed to this and it starts today and ends 23rd June

Today's start weight is 15st 5lbs.

For every pound I can get rid of I'll donate a tenner, this is because if I lose the weight it will be the best bike mod money I've ever spent.

(Will also be a good test of the diet. )

Anybody with me? (other donation amounts are available)

Gonna post progress here and record the food I eat here.

iDave - all this fat disappearing must be being dissipated as heat. This contribution to global warming is downright irresponsible.

More research is needed on the potential role of fat as carbon sequestration.

and with the extra gas release from large consumption of beans we could be all under water by xmas

Oh what the heck... I'm in, nothing like a group challenge to motivate oneself 😳 Shall weigh in later on today down at the gym, it ain't going to be flattering (I've been very lazy over winter and into spring, a shame after my great start in October last year...what a waste to have not built on that eh? 😳 🙁 )
