Mrs FT has an i Phone and there are photos there our PC can find the i phone but says there are no items to download even though we can view them on the phone ,anyone had similar problems ? and any ideas what we can do please

Make sure the iPhone is unlocked.
It doesn't let you browse photos while locked.
