Hi - calling the master brains of single track
Was taking some photos with my phone from the plane as we came into land - turned it off quickly and now it wont turn on at all - nada - nothing - have tried connecting to the mains and now to this laptop. But its absolutely dead -
I have only had it a month and it was 60% charged - is their a reset button somewhere??
Am working away till Friday night so am knackered without it.....
Any help please ??
try holding the home button and the on/off button at the same time, should start it.
You can effect a 'soft reboot' by pressing and holding the 'lock' key on the top of the phone at the same time as the 'home' key on the front of the phone, pressing and holding them together for about 10/15 seconds this would bring up the Apple logo on the front of the iPhone, and resetting the phone, not sure if it would work for you but got to be worth a try
