I've got many a fond childhood memories of my mum making Greens lemon meringue pie. They always used to have a biscuit base, very yummy.

Although to be honest the Greens mix never turned out as impressive as your version.

meringue looks good, but what the lemon part made with, has it got gelatin/cornflour in it?
