Why do chocolatiers insist on always putting one completely rank fruity creamy truffley abomination in an otherwise perfectly acceptable box of chocs. They must know its destined to sit alone and unwanted in the box once all its tasty friends have gone, just waiting for someone to have such dire need of sugar that they're prepared to put up with ingredients that should only be found in poncy bars of soap.

1, You must have very large testicles to take a picture yourself at that speed!

2, You will be running out of fuel very soon at those revs!

Yeah, that car must hate you Kev.

But the speedo, look at it closely, the little number after 140 is 160.

Interestingly on the car photo it seems to have a quarter of a tank of fuel left but a range of only 45 miles. A car that can go that fast is likely to be big and also have a reasonably sized fuel tank say 50-60L so assuming it around that point so about 13 gallons that means its doing about 15mpg at nearly 180mph. Thats pretty good.

Nice maths I_Ache but it's based on average speed not current.

Well yes obviously to a point but if your going at that speed 45 miles will pass by pretty quickly. If the computer is not accurate you will end up on the side of the autobahn looking like a right tit waiting for the DAC* to come and tow you to the nearest petrol station.

Apologies for sending this thread off topic... let face it chocolate is more interesting. People always doubt that kind of image, so I went back out earlier this week in the warm weather and got a video. Note I was holding a tripod and the steering wheel with my right hand which is why it's out of shot on the in car. Big b*lls aren't needed, just trust in the vehicle and setup.

Oh, it's in a VW Scirocco clocks go 100-120-140-180 the increment between the two is 160 and I'm the Technical Support Manager for the STaSIS Revo Group. Lots more videos on our channel on youtube if you're interested in cars!
