I was riding the red route today in Dalby (Friday 3rd) and after the long single track, bomb hole bit I found a Garmin in a bag with some money.
If you think it is yours, or know who it belongs to, I handed it into the Dalby Visitors centre on my way home.

Only problem with that act (although very noble) is you have now told everyone what was with the unit and where it is...so a few chancers are likely to contact the centre and chance their arm at claiming it. Handing it in was a very good thing to do though...I'm sure there are plenty people out thee who would have pocketed it and kept quiet so well done sir.
Probably enough unique points for the rightful owner to claim.
