Say for example i had bought a top off the classifieds and had asked the seller to measure pit to pit. They had measured 23" and when the item arrived it was 28" (so 10" bigger round the top).
And if i contacted the seller who may say something along the lines of "maybe i should have used a tape to measure and not my daughters ruler - lol" and no acceptance of me sending it back for a refund.
Would i hypothetically be right to be ****ed off with the seller?

I'd say the item was not as described and be looking for my money back.
