I'm sure someone on here will know....
We had a HWAM 2630 installed 2 years ago.
Unfortunately, we have managed to crack the heat insulation panel at the back. I can order and install a complete new set, so no problems there.
However, are these items typically classed as a consumable - i.e. change every x years, depending upon usage?
