Without giving away too much about the somewhat alarming login/password security arrangements I have observed, what is the best method for storing a bunch of different login details so that a small group of (non-techy) staff members can use them? Assume there is no dedicated IT team or support who should already have set something up...
The relevant team all work in the office and not from home, so they don't need to be able to access the logins remotely - the main security concern is someone from outside getting hold of the login details and wreaking havoc (not ignoring the risk of someone on the inside, but that's a much smaller concern right now).
I'm guessing some form of app with 2FA would pretty much put a stop to outsiders getting at the list - but it would need to hold a whole bunch of usernames and passwords, and be easy to use both from the installation/setup and daily use perspective... any recommendations from the hivemind?
