Without getting ripped off ? Been up in the loft for a clear out .Stuff includes complete set of magazines inc binders .Classic Motorcycling Legends and Hot Rod and Custom U.K. load of old Marvel and D.C. comics from the 60s couple of obscure board games .Soccerama endorsed by Alan Ball !and Waddingtons Formula One .Any of this worth anything ?Where would i start trying to find out ?
I'm going to state the obvious but eBay. My uncle passed on last year and I am currently valuing his collection of dinky toys and a few other collectables. You can get a good idea on a price and reach a target Market pretty fast. If you were to be valuing for insurance reasons it's quite useful too.
My ex worked for Bonhams were they had a 'valuation day' a bit like antiques roadshow but for anything. However selling through them they take a huge cut.
About £15 for soccerama and a nugget each for hotrod mag on eBay.
