Banging my head against a brick wall here so any help is appreciated.
On December the 6th I sold and item. The buyer paid, I sent it off but the payment was put on “Hold” until Jan 6th. The buyer says the funds have gone from his account. The item still shows a payment hold.
I still haven’t received the funds and can find no way to contact eBay to ask anybody how to resolve it. Money is therefore in limbo.
Any ideas?

Usually funds are released once the buyer leaves positive feedback.

As above, phone them. By far the best way and they are usually pretty helpful
