As i am now at leisure for the first time in 38 years would this book be helpful during my period of adjustment !!!!! From Mr busy busy OF to Mr take it easy OF LOL!!! Anybody read it or couldn't you be bothered !!

I have a well-thumbed hardback copy of this magnificent book. It is responsible for a large chunk of my world-view. You may find it rather annoying however. 😀

I read How to be Free and quite enjoyed it, if you've got nothing better to do why not?
