10m2, plain white, just been replastered, worst case scenario what am I looking at?

£20 for the paint, £10 for the roller, tray and some brushes, a few hours of your time.

It's gonna be anything from 160 for Labour plus 5 litres of emulsion.

Cost me about £17. Paint + brush.
Shit job though, so if you can pay someone, why not.
Still gotta clear all the furniture out the way.

Sister just had her stairwell done, walls and ceiling, which is a right PITA to get to, hence getting someone to do it, done the rest herself.
She paid £140, although she did provide her own paint.
