On top of normal butter on a slice of toasted rye bread which has been allowed to cool, so as not to melt either butter.

With chocolate spread, sometimes with bread. It's the only way.

Get some, add pork tenderloin pieces, olive oil, ground chilli and a dash of soy sauce.

Marinade for a day

Then grill until the meat is bubbly and caramelising.

peanut butter and wholemeal pitta breads are one of my staples at work. PB lasts forever in fridge, pitta's in freezer. Lob pitta in toaster, cut in half. fill with lovely cruncy PB. Cup of tea. Sorted. Cheaper, tastier and healthier than any of that canteen muck.

Crunchy (has to be)
1) sliced advacado about 1cm thick, spread crunchy on it and munch away.. or just stone out the advacado and fill the hole..
2) wholemeal bread (no butter) toast then apply generous layer of crunchy and let the heat melt the crunchy into the bread.

For me its got to be smooth either skippy or m and s own as they are nice and creamy, three fresh thick white slices. Plenty of flora with plenty of peanut butter washed down with a pint of milk.

Lovely!!!

Inside an M&M.
And if the missus is around, somewhere near an A&E ward, so she can get steroids and adrenaline shots when I try to give her a snog.
