I have connected it to computer and it is showing as a removable drive but when I try to drag adn drop from itunes (which is what I used to do with HTC Desire) it has a little "no entry" sign. Man I'm so stupid, got the online guide but it doesn't help me..... any tips would be great. Thanks.

Don't use iTunes.
Copy and paste / drag and drop files.
