I have just moved into a new house so need to set up all of my bills from scratch and was wondering how I find out who is cheapst in my area for gas and electric? The comparison sites I have been on ask for your current plan and usage, but as I haven't had an account etc before I don't know what that would be, can anyone help?

You can have my mobile phone for an hour or two, the tossers are always phoning me up trying to get me to change over.
