Got a whole stack of photos that are BMP and PNG that I need to convert to JPGs. The idea is that we can put them on a DVD and they can just be playing on a projector screen at a wedding.
Is there and easy and FREE way of converting them all that does not involve opening each file and using Save As?
650MB so a bit too big to email to anyone.

Irfanview will do batch conversions and it's free.

http://www.batchconverter.com/image-converter.html - not used it myself but it looks like it is a shareware program with a 30 day trial period.
