Hi all, quick question and I know some of you are knowledgeable about these sorts of things. Google has provided contradictory results and my internet time at work is very limited!
How many unconnected persons make a HMO? Doe sit differ between Counties or countries? I've seen 'three or more' or maybe 'more than three'.
This is in Northumberland/Newcastle.
