My wife cannot get into her Hotmail account because it says the password is invalid even though it is definitely the correct one. To reset it Hotmail sends the new password to your Hotmail account which of course we can't get into! Any ideas how to get out of this please?

i had this a while ago, but it just worked once and then has been fine ever since? had some problems logging in earlier today but all ok now?

Use the "forgot password" button and answer your secret question!

It's a very old account so she never had a secret question plus they want to e-mail you the password!
