Looking for ideas on a trip to Ibiza as the place we usually stay at has recently closed.

Requirements are pretty open:
Adults only, or at least not rammed full of kids club type shenanigans.
Not too lively, but within about 30 mins walk of some life if we want it. The place we've been to previously was 20 minutes north of Sunset Strip which was close enough that we could get there, but far enough that we weren't in the middle of it all.
A proper restaurant on site. We do tend to venture out, but having the option of a reasonable on site restaurant (not just a buffet) is good.
Not fussed on location, I know the west coast but happy to be the other side.
Ideally not a grey tower block with 1000 rooms.

Thanks all.

I love this place, but it may be too far away from civilisation for you:

We stayed at hotel maritimo in Ibiza town, well 10 mins walk. Just looked up it's 80e per night including breakfast. They let us store our bikes in the adjacent laundry room,

Good base for exploring the island, roads were q busy though. We go to formentera now, just a short ferry ride away.

The Barcelo in Portinax (far north of the island) is nice smallish adults only hotel. Nice pool area near 2 beaches. Small town but had some quiet nightlife (not clubs) and is close drive to several amazing coves/beaches.

Hotel restaurants were decent when I was there. 1 main restaurant, 1 pool bar/restaurant and a beachside restaurant

It’s quite far from San Antonio and Ibiza town etc (30mins by taxi or so) so may be too remote for you but if you want a chilled break it would be worth a look.

Thanks all,
Some interesting ideas there.
In truth, we're not too fussed about proper life, we're too old to go clubbing but do like a lively ish bar...ideally one that closes around 12pm!

we’ve stayed at Oasis Sa Tanca apartments in Cala Llonga several times, is a bar/restaurant on ground floor and several others in walking distance - really nice part of island. Family friendly but not rammed with kids as most of apartments are one bedroomed
