Looking for accomodation for 2 nights in July in Tobermory as part of a short 6 night holiday (got the next leg in Fort William booked). Self catering (cabins or something) would be ideal, but can't see anything that would do 2 nights. Main hotels in Tobermory look okay, but rooms available are a bit pricey for our budget this year.

Any recommendations (B&B, hotel, self catering considered).

Thanks

Stay in the Mishnish and get pishnished. 🙂

Sorry, not that helpful given you've already said the hotels are too expensive.

Go wild camping at Calgary Bay, also recommend the food in the pub opposite the ferry terminal. Top bloke runs it too.

Try the trip advisor site. Plenty B&B in town. Guest houses and hotels usually more expensive. Plenty eating places, MacDonald Arms by far best value and choice for eating out. Only Youth hostel for short stay self catering at this time of year as far as I know.

Thanks for the suggestions folked. Got a suitable spot booked now. Looking forward to it - not been to Mull for about 8 years, and Mrs PixelMix has never been. 🙂
