Can anyone recommend a lightweight pertex running top, which is good for running on roads at night?

Have seen a few eg DoRunning Top but wonder how breathable they really are.

I've had a couple of windproof running jackets, they don't breath much IMO.
I'd also question whether you'd need one, I can't ever recall feeling that I need some more protection from the wind. In Winter I tend to wear a LS base layer with a fluro orange top [cheap Karrimor cycling jersey from Sports Direct], if it's really cold I wear a mid layer too.

I normally run in just a dry-fit T shirt with a pertex shell over the top if it's cold / windy. Currently using a Decathlon shell, but it's black, which isn't ideal for running at night.

Maybe try one of those flouro H&S vests over the top?
