500 Square Meters = 0.12355269073358267 Acres
So if my brain is working just less than 1/8

Or are you wanting something more accurate than that?

1 acre = 4046.8564224 square meter

500/4046 = 0.124 acres which is about an eigth (0.125)

from convertit.com

500 meter^2 = 0.123552690733583 acre

[unless you mean "500 metres square", which would be 250,000m2 or 61.77 acres]

You don't need maths you need a google lesson. Type

"500 square metres to acres"

into the google search engine without the quotes and it should recognise you want a conversion and pop the result up above the search hits.
