We've just signed up for boiler care with Hometree we have given preferred dates for our first boiler service with them but had no contact since, they do say contact within 48hrs this has long passed. I've tried to call the freephone number and they say they are busy and cut me off. Anyone had anything to do with them feels like I've been mugged.
