Folks

I don't want to go into the ins and outs of my back issues, but feel I have finally found a physio who is able to sort out the fibrosis, and each week the "knots" seem to be reducing which is good.

Anyway, I mentioned that I read a lot, and can often read for an hour or two after work, and maybe more at weekends as I am studying. (I've done a lot to sort out my computer posture). I am after a book stand that will help me read books without creating back or neck strain.

I have found this device but it seems a bit over the top and also expensive:

Does anyone know of what other devices or stands are out there, and what the best phrases to google are? There are book stands, but they seem to be for people sat down at a table, and I can't see that being comfortable for an hour or so.

Cheers

Si

buy a bean bag or two...then either lie on it with the book on the floor, or sit back into it and stick your feet up on the sofa 🙂
