Try holding down CTRL and rolling your mouse scroller back.

If you have a mouse that is.

No it's not that, it's at the top and bottom of the screen.

I mean the start box has doubled in size and all the box's at the top of the screen too.

Follow this link:

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display

And click on small, medium or large

My daughter does this nicely. You can be scrolling through some webpage and she decides she wants to press a button or two.. well ctrl is closest to her so before you know it everything's H U G E.

Hold down ctrl and scroll the other way! Using the mouse wheel or the scrolly part of your touchpad.

yes that works but not for the whole screen.

My "START" and icons at both top and bottom of the whole screen are HUGE and by doing what you said only the print in the screen reduces.

Sounds like you've changed the screen resolution.

Right click on the desktop -> properties -> settings -> screen resolution. Slide the slider to the right

EDIT: If this 'just happened', you might find you can't slide the slider, in which case you'll need to re-install a driver. But try it first

Were you just sitting too close to the screen?
