My Missus has one of these devices for running with and the bloody thing has frozen. The book gives you an explanation of how to do a factory restore but with it being frozen we can't use the buttons to do it! aargh. So, anyone know what to do? ta.

Nix that. I just pressed all the buttons down at once which got it to switch off and when I switched it on again it was fine. Phew.

Be careful mine did that a few times first time it never turned on again, warranty replacement did the same thing I can now only turn it on whilst its charging and it does'nt turn off only when the battery is dead !!!
